Finding Local Vendors
When looking for local vendors, there’s no particularly easy formula. Here are some resources, however, that you might use to find different types of vendors:
Local Attorneys
The best way to find a good attorney is by referral, or selecting a laywer who has worked with someone you know. Since that’s not always possible, this link can help you search the local area by state and then by county. Use the questions in Chapter 14 of The Time-Wealthy Investor to screen the attorneys you’ve located and make sure they are the best fit for you.
BBB Vendors & Contractors
I know a lot of people turn to the Nextdoor app or even Facebook when looking for a contractor to work for them. There’s nothing inherently wrong with this method of finding a contractor, but if they’re great at what they do, they often get so busy that they become unresponsive. I’ve seen that happen time and time again, which is why I prefer using vendors who are accredited with the Better Business Bureau whenever possible.

Insurance Providers
As I suggest in The Time-Wealthy Investor, try looking for an insurance provider by researching both the BBB and JD Power websites. A link to the latter is below.
