The Three Life Pillars & Vision Funnel
Build on your Personal Vision Roadmap by exploring the three areas of your life that mean the most to you. If any of these three areas is out of alignment, your life in general will be — just as a three-legged stool can’t function without one of its legs. But when you’re keeping those three pillars in mind, you can make sure everything you do in your business supports your personal priorities. My Personal Vision & Goal-Setting Workbook will walk you through the three pillars (and how to balance them) in more detail.
Budgeting Your Most Precious Resource & Vision Calendar
In this module, you’ll learn how to set boundaries around your time (your most precious resource) and direct additional cash flow to the right places. We’ll also build on the Vision Funnel so you can start making time on your calendar for the things that matter most to you (like family, financial freedom, personal time, or all of the above).

In this module, you’ll learn how to go from Day 0 (vacant unit) to Day 1 (tenant-occupied unit) without having to worry about missing any details along the way. I’ll also explain ways to get your listing shown, provide you with a resident screening checklist, and help you transform your rental side hustle into a full business.
The Landlord Process, Simplified
From move-in to move-out and everything in between, you’ll learn how to keep residents happy (and living in your properties as long as possible). Plus, I’ll show you how to handle repairs quickly without having to be in the middle of it all, as well as how to manage your renewals efficiently so your leases don’t expire.
