I left my corporate job of 55+ hour work weeks and part-time landlord only to trade it for 18+ hour work days, and worst of all, I had FAR less control over my calendar. It was hell.

My purpose here, ultimately, is NOT to make you a better landlord. I know that might sound a little odd coming from a guy that calls himself the Landlord Coach, but bear with me.
